My point is
beautiful 2d face is in Clip Studio Paint with gradient in Lasso Tool.
Animation steps in Adobe Bamboo Paper and color filling is not there.
Blender supports both, but Blender has tough user interface.
Clip Studio is relatively easy but only 24 frames for animation.
So, Pencil2D with manual shading is the best way for 2d animation.
Which means
Handsome man.
Manga can be an option. Only eye changes. 2/3rd height of 1/3rd of a face. Manga manga.
ChatGPT okays above manga character drawing.
So eyelids are fine. No eyeshine works. Many expressions are possible with eyebrows, eyelids acceptance. The ball is in the court of Cousin Cartoons, Chennai.
